Vehicle type, seating capacity, model, operator, amenities and availability may vary according to the final booking confirmation and operational availability.

3. Booking Enquiries and Confirmation

The booking form on this website is an enquiry facility. Submission of the form does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after our team has verified the trip details, vehicle availability, fare and other applicable conditions and has communicated confirmation to the customer.

Customers should provide accurate pickup, destination, travel date, passenger requirements and contact information so that the booking can be processed correctly.

4. Fares, Charges and Payments

Fares may depend on route, distance, duration, vehicle category, travel date, tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, waiting time, night charges, driver allowance and other journey-specific requirements.

The applicable fare and included or excluded charges will be communicated during booking confirmation. Customers should review the quoted amount and inclusions before confirming the journey.

Any advance amount, payment schedule or payment method will be communicated separately as part of the confirmed booking.

5. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Vehicle availability is subject to operational conditions. Where necessary, a reasonably similar vehicle or vehicle category may be offered if the originally requested vehicle becomes unavailable.

Any significant change will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible before the journey.

8. Delays and Travel Conditions

Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, public events, government restrictions, accidents, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, but exact pickup and arrival times cannot be guaranteed where delays arise from such circumstances.

9. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers must not use the vehicle for unlawful, dangerous, abusive or prohibited activities. Smoking, carrying prohibited substances, damaging the vehicle or conduct that threatens the safety of the driver, passengers or public may result in refusal or termination of service.

Customers may be responsible for reasonable costs arising from deliberate or negligent damage caused by passengers during the journey.

10. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Customers should select a vehicle appropriate for the number of passengers and quantity of luggage. Please tell us in advance about unusually large or special luggage.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend checking the vehicle before completing the journey.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false enquiries, distribute malicious software or use automated means to abuse the booking form.
